Services

Design your advantage.

Three services, one method. We start with what the home has to do, then manage every detail from the first conversation to the photographs.

  1. The primary bedroom at 27 Walden Street: a cream boucle headboard, layered white and taupe linens, a woven throw, a fluted walnut nightstand with a textured ceramic lamp, and a soft abstract landscape above the bed.

    I  ·  Home staging

Staged to sell. Positioned to stand out, not blend in.

Staging is designed for the widest possible audience. Warm, calm, and quietly aspirational, so that every buyer who steps inside can picture their own life unfolding there.

    • Staging consultation. Two hours in the house, room by room, ending in a written plan you can act on yourself before the photographs.
    • Occupied staging. You are still living there. We edit what is in the way, rearrange what works, and add what finishes each room.
    • Vacant staging. Full furnishing, art, and accessories for an empty home, scaled to show how generous the rooms really are. Fully managed from delivery to de-staging.
    • Photoshoot styling. Every stage is finished for the camera first, because the listing photographs are where the sale begins.

  2. The Queen Room at Lakewind House: blue and white striped wallpaper, a wooden queen bed with navy pillows, red ceramic lamps on floating nightstands, and a bench stacked with folded towels.

    II  ·  Vacation rental design

Positioned to stand out, not blend in.

A rental is a product, and design is how it performs. We research the market it competes in, give every room a point of view guests remember, and specify finishes that survive real guests.

    • Market research and strategy. Before anything is chosen we study the properties a guest sees before yours: their pricing, their gaps, and what would make someone stop on your listing instead.
    • Experiential design. Every room gets a point of view a guest remembers and repeats to a friend, and every selection is judged on one question: does it improve the stay?
    • Procurement and installation. Fully managed if you want it: ordering, delivery coordination, contractor oversight, and an on-site install that leaves the house camera-ready.
    • Photoshoot direction. We style for the shoot and stay for it, so the listing shows the house exactly as designed.

  3. Interior design · First commission · Photography after install

    III  ·  Interior design

This one is just for you.

Interior design is the project where the only question is what brings you joy when you wake up in your home each day. Grace listens for the style you already love, then curates it down to the last meticulous detail.

    • Listening first. A long conversation about how you live, what you own and love, and what you have never been able to name about your own taste.
    • Space planning. Layouts that make the room work for your days, not for a photograph.
    • Sourcing and procurement. Furniture, lighting, textiles, and art, sourced to the plan and ordered, tracked, and delivered for you, with custom work where nothing off the shelf will do.
    • Installation and styling. Everything placed, hung, and finished in a single reveal, down to the detail you will notice every morning.

Ways to work together

As much help as you want.

Every service comes in three levels. Start with a consultation and step up only if it makes sense.

  • Consultation

A walkthrough and a written, room-by-room plan you can act on yourself. The right first step for any of the three services.

  • Design and sourcing

The full design with every piece specified and linked, for owners who prefer to order and install on their own schedule.

  • Fully managed

Everything above plus procurement, delivery, installation, styling, and photoshoot direction. You get the keys back finished.

The process

In order, every time.

Strategy-led decisions, a fully managed process, and no wasted spend. The same sequence whether it is a two-hour consultation or a whole house.

Timelines are typical, not promises; every plan carries its own dates.

  1. 01

    Consultation

A focused conversation about the property, its purpose, and what a good outcome looks like. Free, and usually the same week.

    Week 1

  2. 02

    Walkthrough and strategy

Grace walks the home room by room, then returns a written plan with a firm scope, an itemised budget, and dates. Nothing is ordered until you approve it.

Within two business days of the walkthrough

  3. 03

    Design

Concept, palette, and every piece specified: furniture, lighting, art, textiles, and the small things that finish a room.

One to three weeks, by scope

  4. 04

    Procurement and installation

Ordering, delivery coordination, contractor oversight where needed, and a single install day that leaves the house finished and camera-ready.

    Install: one day

  5. 05

    Photoshoot direction and launch

Styled for the camera and ready to list, book, or simply live in. We stay for the shoot.

    The next morning

Questions

Which service do I need?

If the home is going on the market, staging. If it earns income from guests, vacation rental design. If you are the one living in it, interior design. Book a consultation and Grace will tell you plainly which one fits, and whether a consultation alone is enough.

How is the investment structured?

A consultation is a flat fee. Staging is quoted per home for the listing period. Design is quoted by scope after the walkthrough, with furnishings budgeted separately and approved by you before anything is ordered.

Do you work with listing agents?

Yes, and we prefer to. Agents know the buyer we are designing for, and we coordinate installs around photography and open-house schedules.

Do you travel?

Greater Boston, Cambridge, the North and South Shore, and Cape Cod are home ground. Further afield is a conversation.
