    Two hours in the house, room by room, ending in a written plan you can act on yourself before the photographs.

  • Occupied staging

    You are still living there. We edit what is in the way, rearrange what works, and add what finishes each room.

  • Vacant staging

    Full furnishing, art, and accessories for an empty home, scaled to show how generous the rooms really are. Fully managed from delivery to de-staging.

  • Photoshoot styling

    Every stage is finished for the camera first, because the listing photographs are where the sale begins.

    Grace walks the house with you, photographing as she goes and noting what each room wants to be.

Do you work with my listing agent?

Yes, and we prefer to. The agent knows the buyer we are designing for, and we coordinate the install around the photography and open-house schedule.

How long does the furniture stay?

Staging is typically leased for the listing period. We will confirm the term in the plan, and extending is straightforward if the market asks for it.

What if I love it and want to keep some pieces?

It happens more than you would think. Ask, and we will price the pieces you want to stay.
