    You are still living there. We edit what is in the way, rearrange what works, and add what finishes each room.

  • Vacant staging

    Full furnishing, art, and accessories for an empty home, scaled to show how generous the rooms really are. Fully managed from delivery to de-staging.

  • Virtual staging

    Photo-realistic furnishing added to the listing photographs of an empty home. The effect of staging for rooms that cannot be staged in time, at a fraction of the cost.

    Walkthrough

    We walk the house with you, photographing as we go and noting what each room wants to be.

    A written, room-by-room strategy with a firm scope and an install date. No surprises.

    Install

    Delivery, placement, and styling in one install. You have the keys back finished.

    Photograph and list

    Shot the next morning while everything is exactly right, then the listing goes live.

How long does the furniture stay?

Staging is typically leased for the listing period. We will confirm the term in the plan, and extending is straightforward if the market asks for it.

What if I love it and want to keep some pieces?

It happens more than you would think. Ask, and we will price the pieces you want to stay.
